Bullies are Bad People

Bullies and toxic people, drain our energies and mental health. There are those who celebrate our success and cheer us on, but there are also those that seek to seize every opportunity to bring us down or divide us. These people hate us and continuously try to bully us. It’s essential to know their true intentions, not just recognise them but also to emerge stronger than their cheap attacks are and stay focused.
What do these bullies and haters really want? They try to demoralise us, put us down, but we can stay focused, and positive.
Toxic people drain our energy. They put negativity into every situation and have a problem for every solution. These people are fundamentally jealous and take satisfaction in creating chaos or causing problems. They are anything but optimistic or positive.
One of the tactics that these people have is bullying, and cheap attacks. And, they will do this, no matter how good we are, because they simply can’t stand us. We need to always denounce this behaviour and stand up to bullies and haters.
They believe in destruction rather than building things up; they try to take everything down, and they do this by instilling fear in others and spreading chaos. Chaos, lies and hatred are their best friend.
So, how to handle them?
First, we must take control of the situation and refuse to listen to their bullying. Second, no matter what, stay positive and remember our values. Third, denounce their behaviour, don’t normalise it. We must also speak up and fight their hate.
